Can I purchase on TIFA'S CORNER even if I'm anywhere from the world?
Yes, We ship all of our items worldwide within 3 days upon purchase.

Can I get a full refund if I didn't received my order?

Yes, If you do not receive what you purchased within the promised time (12-60 days) TIFA'S CORNER will give you Full Refund. But, there's some instances that our customers able to received the products in more than 30 days because of the delays on their Country's customs department. So please contact us once it happened.

Processing Time & Tracking:

Processing time for all other products is 3 - 5 days.
We'll send you another email with tracking info when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. So please be patient and keep an eye on your inbox. We currently have huge demand and we're shipping our orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that we do not ship on weekends.
Shipment Packaging:
For logistical reasons some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This means you might not receive all your products in 1 package.


 When am I going to receive the item?
Our current order processing time is 3 - 5 days.
Once order is processed, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery . See below for exact delivery times for each country.

How do I return an item?

For any reason you are not satisfied with the items, we accept returns and exchange within 7 days after you received your items and you will undertake the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

If the item is defective, please tell us immediately in order for replacement or repairing. If a replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued with the original payment method.
